Booking &  Secure Payment Process

We use a secure payment process through Paypal  for all payments to us.

  • On receipt of your enquiry we will confirm the availability of an apartment for the dates you have requested.
  • Once you choose to confirm your booking, you will receive a further e mail message with a request for payment in accordnace with our Terms & Conditions of Business. You should use this e mail message to pay by secure Paypal payment. You should forward your payment through the secure payment process and we will be notified that payment has been received.  Please note that a 2.5% surcharge is payable for using this automated process and will be added to your invoice.
  • Should you have any problems with this process then please call us.
  • Once the funds have reached our account, we will forward final confirmation details to you stating your arrival & departure dates, apartment number(s) and all the information you will need to make your stay at Royal Palm enjoyable.
